On Tuesday, February 25th the Shenandoah County Library will host its annual Black History Month Program. This year's event will feature Archivist Zachary Hottel who will discuss the library's efforts to identify enslaved persons in Shenandoah County and who will share the biographies of several slaves who called our area home.

The program will be held at the Shenandoah County Library's activity room starting at 6:30PM. It is free and open to the public.
